Rachael Meier and Marissa Von Meier have enjoyed successful careers in sales and service, and they are now combining their expertise to cement their legacies as successful and caring business owners. Road to Business Ownership
Rachael graduated from the University of Houston-Downtown in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in science, minoring in Spanish. The majority of her career has been spent in high-producing law firms focusing on client services and administrative control. She will be stepping into the role of staffing consultant at the new Express office.
Her daughter, Marissa, will serve in an outside sales capacity, which will utilize her previous experience as a district team lead for Extra Storage Space and an owner/operator of a local Houston restaurant.

Both Rachael and Marissa are very passionate about giving back to their local community. Marissa is involved with multiple charities, including Dress for Success and Habitat for Humanity. Rachael is a former president of the University of Houston-Downtown Geology Club and was recognized in 2016 by her law firm for outstanding services. She has been married to her husband, Michael, for 38 years.
