Bobee and Andrew Bero bring both staffing, sales and marketing expertise as the new owners of the Express Employment Professionals franchise in Waukesha, WI, but making a difference in the lives of associates who work for them is their driving goal.
Bobee has worked in the staffing world for many years, spending five years at Kelly Services, where she moved upward from a temporary worker to salesperson to branch manager. In addition, she also spent three-and-a-half years at Adecco as a branch manager and another three-and-a-half years as branch manager at Manpower.
She is no stranger to the Waukesha market, as she worked nearly two years as branch manager for the Waukesha Express office.
Bobee earned her associate’s degree of applied science in business management with a minor in marketing from Moraine Park Technical College in 2015. She holds an associate’s degree of applied science in office administration systems technology and executive secretarial from Delaware Technical and Community College, as well.
This new office owner earned her Professional in Human Resources certification in 2011 from the HRCI Institute, her SHRM-CP certification in 2015 from the HRCI Institute, and graduated in 1980 from Padua Academy High School in Wilmington, DE.
“Bobee is very familiar with the staffing industry and is looking forward to hitting the ground running as a new office owner,” said Bill Thompson, Express Franchising Director.
Sales and Development
Andrew currently works as the inside sales and marketing specialist for Climate Pros, Inc., where he creates development and support of marketing strategies, project development, equipment specification, and sales of refrigeration and HVAC systems.
He previously worked for Advantage Refrigeration as a sales and account specialist, focusing on international exports and domestic sales primarily for the refrigeration industry from C-stores to large ammonia systems. His focus was with end users, helping them to develop systems into successful energy efficient operations.
Andrew also worked in design, equipment spacing, equipment sales, installation, and equipment service to preventative maintenance programs.
Both Bobee and Andrew are active members in their community, giving time and effort to causes close to their heart.
Bobee served as the Communications Director in 2010 for Sheboygan Area SHRM Board, taught Junior Achievement in 2009 and 2010 to fifth graders and is a member of the Milwaukee Metro SHRM.
