Finding a Way to Be Impactful

| In New Franchises |

With a desire to positively impact their community, co-owners John Zoma and Jason Kishmish knew owning an Express Employment Professionals office would give them that opportunity in Flint, MI.

John originally learned about Express from Reggie Kaji, owner of the Monroe, MI, location. The initial information Reggie shared sparked John’s interest enough that he soon found himself visiting the Monroe location. John left so impressed by the way Express operates and the value Express brings to the staffing world, he shared the information with his brother-in-law Jason and a partnership was formed.

Utilizing his past experience as a technical recruiter and as an operating manager of a fast food franchise, John will be the primary operator of the Flint office. While wanting to grow the office financially, John also wants to make sure he positively impacts the Flint community.

Jason earned a Bachelor of Administration in Finance from the University of Michigan, and will capitalize on his experience of owning and operating a retail specialty grocery store for 13 years to help the Flint office reach great success. Reflecting upon the opportunity to own an Express office, Jason said, “I love the service business and feel that with the changing employment environment this type of business has a great future. My goal is to be able to help businesses and people by finding the right fit for them, business to help them grow and individuals to help create better opportunities and live better lives.”
