Ongoing education

As a new Express Franchise Owner, you’ll receive four weeks of initial training:
- Two weeks of virtual training
- One week of in-person training at Express International Headquarters in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
- One week of on-the-job training in your local office
After your initial training is complete, you’ll be enrolled in Success Track. This program is designed to challenge, support, recognize and award Franchisees for building a healthy foundation and reaching major milestones throughout their first two years.
