From dental sales to owner

Before taking the leap into franchise ownership, Linda spent years in the dental sales industry. Like many professionals in high-travel roles, she began craving more flexibility and autonomy. Her daily routine includes team huddles, client meetings, sales calls, and administrative responsibilities. And one of the best parts? She now enjoys the flexibility to take time off without sacrificing business growth. 

Advice to future franchise owners

When asked about her proudest moment, Linda beams about her team. “Building a trustworthy, motivated group of people who’ve grown with the business has been incredibly rewarding.” 

She’s content operating a single office, believing it will deliver both financial stability and personal balance, a combination many entrepreneurs strive for. 

Her advice to potential franchise owners? 

“The beginning of ownership is tough, but the return is real. Stick with it. You’ll gain time freedom, financial stability, and control over your future.” 

And if she had to do it all over again? 

“One hundred percent, I’d buy this resale location again.”
