To compile its Top Global Franchise rankings, Entrepreneur tweaked this formula to give extra weight to international size and growth. Only companies seeking new franchisees outside the U.S. that had a minimum of five units open abroad as of July 2020 were considered.

And while we’re thrilled with our Top Global Franchise ranking, we’re not done celebrating 2021 wins. We’re proud to announce we’ve been named a Forbes’ top staffing firm, ranking on the 2021 Forbes’ List of America’s Best Temporary Staffing Firms and America’s Best Professional Recruiting Firms. In partnership with Statista, Forbes carefully analyzed data and then ranked executive, professional and temporary staffing recruiting firms that were able to thrive in 2020 and move to the head of the pack in 2021.
To create its list, Statista surveyed 31,000 recruiters and 7,200 job candidates and human resources managers who worked with recruitment agencies. Respondents were asked to nominate up to 10 recruiting firms in the executive search, professional search and temporary staffing categories. They collected 26,000 nominations, and firms with the most recommendations ranked highest. Firms could not nominate themselves, and last year’s rankings were taken into account.

In a year like no other, we were able to dominate. Innovating, pivoting and rising to both the challenges and opportunities sparked by a global pandemic, Express never lost sight of our mission to help connect job seekers and companies.
