Best Culture Award: Express Featured on Franchise Culture100 Award List
Franchise Business Review recently named Express on its list of the top 100 company cultures. At Express, we work hard to create a winning culture that ensures our Franchise Owners feel supported and taken care of. This award is verification of those efforts.
To create the list, Franchise Business Review asked over 24,800 franchisees from more than 220 brands a series of 12 specific questions. Those questions focused on leadership, core values, integrity, honesty, and overall support. In addition, Franchise Business Review also asked franchisees several key metric questions, including “Do you enjoy being part of the organization?” and “Would you recommend their company to someone considering buying a franchise?”
